General Info

What are your dining room hours? We are open for lunch Monday - Friday and dinner Tuesday through Saturday. Please visit our Hours page for the most up‑to‑date schedule.

Where are you located? Phoebe’s is located directly across from The Syracuse Stage at 900 East Genesee Street in Syracuse, NY. About a 10 minute walk from Syracuse University.

Do you offer parking? Pay parking is available in the lot adjacent to the restaurant. Additional street parking is available along East Genesee Street and neighboring side streets. There is also a parking garage behind our building on the Irving Ave side.

Reservations

Do I need a reservation? Reservations are recommended, especially during peak dining hours and on Syracuse Stage performance nights. Walk‑ins are welcome as availability allows.

How do I make a reservation? Reservations may be made through the reservation widget on our website or by calling the restaurant directly at 315.475.5154.

Do you accept large‑party reservations? Yes. For parties of eight or more, we encourage guests to contact us in advance so we may best accommodate your group.

Dietary Accommodations

Do you offer vegetarian, vegan, or gluten‑free options? Yes. Our menus include a variety of options for guests with dietary preferences or restrictions. You will find our dinner menu is especially accommodating for those that are gluten sensitive.

Can you accommodate food allergies? We are happy to assist with allergy‑friendly preparations. Please inform your server of any allergies when placing your order. We will do our best to assure your safety, but be aware some cross contamination may not be avoidable.

Takeout & Online Ordering

Do you offer takeout? Yes. Guests may place takeout orders by phone or through our online ordering platform.

Do you partner with delivery services? Delivery availability may vary based on our third party partners. We currently work with Uber Eats and Grub Hub.

Can I place a large takeout order for an office or event? Yes. For larger orders, we recommend calling ahead so our team can prepare your items with care.

Private Events

Do you host private events? Phoebe’s offers a welcoming setting for celebrations, business gatherings, and special occasions. Our private dining spaces can accommodate a range of group sizes (10p - 60p)

How do I inquire about booking an event? Please complete our event inquiry form located on the private event tab.

Do you require a deposit? A deposit is required to secure your event date. Our team will provide full details during the booking process.

Can I bring my own cake or decorations? Outside desserts and décor may be permitted with prior approval. Please discuss with your event planner.

Do you offer custom menus? Yes. Our culinary team can create tailored menus for private events upon request.

Coffee Lounge

What is the Coffee Lounge? Our Coffee Lounge offers a relaxed environment with tables and chairs, featuring specialty coffee drinks, pastries, and light fare. Dine-in or carry out.

Is the Coffee Lounge menu available in the main dining room? Our full range of coffee, espresso beverages and specialty flavored drinks are available in the dining room and bar.

Gift Cards

Do you sell gift cards? Yes. Digital Gift cards are available for purchase online or stop in person to purchase a physical gift card.

Do gift cards expire? Phoebe’s gift cards do not expire and may be used at both the restaurant and Coffee Lounge.

Policies

What forms of payment do you accept? We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and Phoebe’s gift cards.

Do you allow outside food or beverages? Outside food and beverages are not permitted, with the exception of approved private event -celebration cakes.

Are pets allowed? Service animals are welcome. Pets are not permitted inside the restaurant.

Do you offer Wi‑Fi? Complimentary Wi‑Fi is available for guests.
